DHA taps Deputy Program Manager for Virtual Health Program

Armed with perspective gained with the U.S. Army leading the acquisition of Virtual Health (VH) business solutions for the Military Health System (MHS), formulating policy planning guidance with VH program policies, and facilitating the assessment of cost, quality, and access metrics associated with patient care provided through VH, David Putnam assumes the role as Deputy Program Manager for the Defense Health Agency Virtual Health Program Management Office.

Prior roles include:

  • Program Manager – US Army
  • Army Virtual Health Branch Manager (Current Operations) – US Army
  • Health System Specialist – US Army
  • Senior Business Analyst – Attain
