Cognosante seeking Federal Health Director of Capture Management

Responsibilities:

  • Develop standard technical, operational, management, teaming, and cost/price solution approaches and associated tools
  • Identify and assign the resources required to pursue the bid, establish processes and plans necessary for pursuit, and manage their execution
  • Lead and oversee cross-functional teams of business developers, managers, technologists, and analysts
  • Report to executive management on current capture status for company pursuits

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5+ years capture management experience with mid-to-large size company
  • Required: Managed and won 50M+ efforts in information technology or business operations
  • Demonstrated success in pursuing and winning Federal Government contracts
  • Experience supporting VA or DoD task order pursuits preferred
  • Highly desirable: agency knowledge of HHS (CMS, NIH, CDC, FDA, etc…), VA or military health system
