Dr. Nilijah Carter, experienced in continuous process improvement orientation that encompasses a diverse portfolio of leadership, program/project management, and information technology experience, who has supported Veterans Affairs in a series of progressively responsible roles over more than a decade, has taken on a new challenge as Deputy Executive Director for Compensation Service, Operations.
