VA recruits Veterans Informatics and Computing Infrastructure (VINCI) lead

Jennifer Knowlden, a program management specialist whose experience includes directing a team of over 100 industry personnel in a portfolio valued at over $210 million on large-scale government contracts to support the Department of Veterans Affairs Data Management and Cyber Security efforts, has taken on a new challenge leading a team of 35 personnel as Director of the Veterans Informatics and Computing Infrastructure (VINCI) program, a major Veterans Affairs initiative designed to enable access to medical research teams across the country.

Prior roles include:

  • Director of Operations (Veterans Affairs) – Halfaker and Associates
  • IT Program Manager – Halfaker and Associates
  • Program Manager – Halliburton
