Key Role:
Manage activities involved in the development and revision of major proposals. Coordinate with internal capability teams to define technical approaches and solutions for inclusion in various proposal volumes. Present proposal reviews to management and incorporates feedback and serves as a team leader to coordinate numerous major proposal efforts at the same time. Use skills to contribute to the development of proposal strategies and proposal content to achieve goals in creative and effective ways. Work on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. Exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Act independently to determine methods and procedures to optimally address proposal requirements. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, US citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with developing comprehensive proposal responses to federal healthcare government solicitations for various agencies, including Health and Human Services agencies, such as the CDC, NIH, and FDA, Department of Veterans Affairs, or Defense Health Agency at the indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) and Task Order level
Experience with supporting IDIQ and Task Order responses via contract vehicles, including T4NG, CIOSP3, RMADA, SPARC, PSS, or GSA
