National Cancer Institute Center for Biomedical Informatics and IT taps Program Lead for Imaging Informatics

Keyvan Farahani, an experienced program director with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biomedical Physics, skilled in medical imaging, development of data repositories and software tools for ML/AI applications in imaging informatics, takes on a new role with the Agency as the Program Director for Imaging Informatics within its Center for Biomedical Informatics and IT.

Prior roles include:

  • Program Director, Image-Guided Interventions, National Cancer Institute – National Institutes of Health
