This is a non-personal services contract to provide program management, planning and execution support; studies, analytical, and evaluation services; administration services; document and records management; business process reengineering; logistical support; knowledge management; manpower, human resources and business office support and Joint Operations Center watch officer support services for the Director, Defense Health Agency (DHA), Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense, (DASD), for Health Readiness Programs and Oversight (HRP&O), Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs (PDASD(HA)), Office of the Assistance Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs and subordinate Program Directorates identified by the contracting Officer.
