Charlie Joyce, an established leader, will bring his nearly three decades of experience with industry and Government, to include over 10 years of experience gained at CMS through a series of progressively responsible roles, to his new position serving as a Senior Advisor to the Office of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
Prior roles include:
- Deputy Director, Division of Financial Application Systems – Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services
- Deputy Director, Division of Program and Data Management – Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services
- Management Consultant – IBM
