Building on a career that spans more than a decade at CMS, including recent experience as Lead for the Operations of the HIGLAS system within DTO, and prior experience helping to build an Exchange Operation Center (XOC) to monitor all production systems, Walter Dill Sr. has taken on a new role as Acting Division Director of Division of Operations (DOM).
