Rob Lecker, a business development professional with over 30 years of experience in health care and information technology including program evaluation, data collection and analysis, business development and project management for DoD Health Affairs (HA), Health and Human Services (HHS) and Veteran Affairs (VA) contracts, has taken on a new challenge as VP of Federal Business Development at Chenega Professional Services Strategic Business Unit.
