Booz Allen Hamilton seeking Military Health IT Lead

“Key Role: 

  • Leverage professional support and Military Health System (MHS) IT expertise through providing consulting assistance to the military health community. Leverage knowledge of the MHS’ IT directorates and their priorities to drive organizational change. Apply comprehension of the MHS and its IT requirements to lead business development and capture efforts. Apply knowledge of the Joint Staff, VA, Defense Health Agency (DHA), and Services’ organizational structures and missions to conduct analysis of large-scale transformation efforts, develop critical IT governance, assess policy and doctrine, and monitor compliance and effectiveness of military medical support. Work directly with experts in Service, Joint, or DHA Headquarters with a full comprehension of the DoD MHS. Demonstrate excellent client delivery expertise by diplomatically coordinating and providing support to senior and junior government officials. Apply expertise in the MHS IT space to generate high quality deliverables.” 

“Basic Qualifications: 

  • 10+ years of experience in the MHS at Service or at Joint levels  
  • Experience with working on large-scale IT implementation projects 
  • Experience with business development in the military health IT market 
  • Experience in leading large teams with diverse skill sets in high visibility offices or directorates and managing large teams and complex contract financials 
  • Experience with strategic planning or change management for IT initiatives 
  • Experience in working for and communicating with senior Military Flag Officers 
  • Knowledge of the MHS and associated IT requirements 
  • Knowledge of both Service and Joint IT infrastructure…”
