VA RFQ: SaaS Environmental Health & Safety Auditing System

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Acquisition Operations, Technology Acquisition Center, located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, NJ, intends to issue a solicitation for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Environmental Health & Safety Auditing System. The Contractor shall deliver a single comprehensive, a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) enterprise-wide Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) auditing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) for their compliance auditing program and management systems. The web-based SaaS shall provide access and EH&S Auditing SaaS System Solution Licenses to an EH&S auditing system for approximately 1200 initial users with optional tasks to increase number of users. This solution shall offer a broad EH&S suite and management functionality to institute and manage the entire EH&S compliance assessment process and management system conformance assessment process; from field audits, workplace evaluations, and automated audit/findings report writing, through corrective action and management plans. This effort consists of the implementation and access of SaaS, all labor, materials, tools and equipment, training, maintenance, technical support, travel, project management and supervision required to provide access and support to an EH&S auditing SaaS.
