This contract action is for a limited source award of a firm-fixed price modification to Task Order ID02120052 awarded to International Business Machines (IBM), 6300 Diagonal Highway, Boulder, CO 80301 to support data cleansing, tool enhancement, training, and testing for HR·Smart cleansing efforts.
The current contractor, IBM is the developer of the proprietary HRIS SSC solution VA is currently utilizing.
The period of performance will be 12 months from date of award. The award price will be $1,850,484.00.
