Michael Ames, a customer experience focused IT service delivery executive with over 30 years of leadership experience managing teams as large as 850 people, including time leading a team of technical professionals in a portfolio of programs that provide Enterprise IT Engineering & Operations Services and Mission Software Development support to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and Health and Human Services with Leidos, has taken on a new challenge as Vice President with the firm.
