Luis Lopez, will bring the experience he has gained overseeing all IT operations for the 6000 user base at the US Department of Education, and with the Defense Health Agency before that where he was responsible for two offices and 8 functions across the entire MHS enterprise, to his new role as Director of Enterprise Technology Services with the U.S. Department of Education.
