Roy Coles, Jr., a Senior Professional with more than 30 years of experience in Federal Government policies, practices, and procedures in the areas of Human Resources, Payroll, and Time and Leave, who previously supported the Agency serving as Director, HRIS and subject matter expert on all HR Functional and system issues, has taken on a new challenge as Special Advisor for Human Resources Systems & Analytics.
