“The Contract will design, integrate and install an Enterprise Monitoring solution for delivering an enterprise end-to-end monitoring capability and visibility of all infrastructure, application, and business services’ availability and performance metrics from the existing VA monitoring tools and the Contractor solution. The Contractor shall provide engineering and integration services and licenses for development teams that require their application interfaces to be instrumented for application performance monitoring. Specifically, these tasks also include services for program management services to oversee integration of workstreams, Human Centered Design, Design and Integration, Testing, Deployment and Installation, Event Management Data Analysis, Training and Operations and Maintenance support of the monitoring solution.”
