NIH RFQ: ORIS, OER, OD, NIH Augmented Analytics Platform

Re: Solicitation Number: NIH-OD-OER-2019-20

The NIH/OER, Office of Research Information Systems (ORIS), is seeking to test two different “off-the-shelf” augmented analytics applications with natural language querying in order to provide, easy to use, advanced analytic capabilities to the NIH extramural program, review and evaluation staff. This test will determine if natural language querying tools are beneficial for NIH. Once the test is complete, and such tools are determined to be very beneficial, then NIH/OER would like to venture the possibility of purchasing an NIH-wide license for use on internal and external public data.

The Contractor shall provide support and services in the following related task areas:

  1. An “off-the-shelf” augmented analytics application that uses natural language for
  2. Management and Administration of the “off-the-shelf” augmented analytics application.
  3. Optimization, Testing and Evaluation of the “off-the-shelf” augmented analytics
