MeriTalk: VA, DoD Enter Agreement to Boost VA Supply Chain Management Modernization

“The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and Defense Department’s (DoD) Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) announced that they began a strategic partnership Aug. 12 to aid the VA in its supply chain management modernization efforts.”

“The partnership grants VA networks access to DLA’s worldwide acquisition system so that it can procure a broader range of supplies, such as medical and surgical tools, cleaning supplies and equipment, construction materials and equipment, and other items the VA uses to aid veterans.” Read the full article here.
