Pia Francisco, an experienced IT project manager, has taken on a new challenge as Legacy Data Consolidation Strategy Lead at DHA. Within the Enterprise Intelligence and Data Solutions PMO at the Defense Health Agency, she leads the formulation and execution of strategies to ensure the successful consolidation of all DoD legacy electronic medical records across the Military Health System enterprise.
