Seanna Carter, who previously served as a Clinical Data Analyst supporting MEDCOM RHC-A CMIO and prior to that was a Senior analyst, managing data quality improvement initiatives, crossing a number of functional boundaries throughout Walter Reed Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), has taken on a new challenge with the Defense Health Agency.
