Ricardo Carvajal, will bring his experiences as a former Marine and gained over nearly a decade as an IRS IT leader, along with expertise in areas such as Enterprise Architecture, System Architecture, AWS and Azure Cloud Engineering, Program Management, and Complex Adaptive Systems, to his new role as a Business Technology Senior Advisor to the Director of the Financial Business & Acquisitions Transformation at Veterans Affairs.
