NIH Sources Sought: Program Management Support for Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) pilot program

The Department of Health and Human Services National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of Acquisition and Logistics Management (OALM) is seeking qualified small businesses with the following capabilities to help manage a Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) pilot program.

The potential vendor shall provide technical expertise as it pertains to program management and quality control for the PEI program. Expert knowledge of strategic communications within the NIH, across multiple government organizations and small business stakeholders is imperative. Interested vendors should also possess event and brand management expertise.
