Netizen is seeking a Capture Manager to lead major capture efforts in the Federal and Defense Health markets. You will partner across the enterprise with our Executive Team, Business Development and Proposal Teams, Marketing Teams, Solution Architects/Engineers, and others to identify, strategize, bid, and win work for the company in assigned market segments.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage capture opportunities within assigned markets
- Lead major business development capture efforts to successful completion.
- Develop capture strategies, internal and external partnerships, business plans and marketing for Federal and Defense Health markets.
- Lead and facilitate strategy development sessions leveraging technical, management, teaming, past performance, staffing, and pricing data.
- Lead the development of customer profiles, including identifying customer needs, issues, desires, and biases.
- Lead and coordinate competitive assessments, determining the strengths and weaknesses of the company and potential competitors
- Collaborate with operational teams, Solution Architects/Engineers, and SMEs to develop solutions that offer customers recognized value, are price competitive, executable and will be evaluated favorably in bid decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in successfully leading business development activities in the federal government Cybersecurity and/or Enterprise IT markets
- Proposal Management Experience and certification(s) highly preferred
