The purpose of the acquisition is to procure O&M services for HRSA Electronic Handbooks (EHBs) enterprise system. These services will enable HRSA to operate and maintain the EHBs enterprise system in response to various legislative, policy, management, and technology changes. The outcomes will enable HRSA to strengthen its program management and operations in support of its mission to improve and achieve health equity. The solicitation will result in a no-cost agreement with a proposed period of performance of five (5) years.
