Goldbelt Glacier Health Services is a subsidiary of Goldbelt, Inc, an 8(a) Alaska Native Corporation (ANC) that provides healthcare and medical research solutions, behavioral health, information management / information technology, program management, financial, acquisition, and administrative support to the Department of Defense (DoD), National Guard, Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) and other Federal organizations.
We are seeking an experienced Business Development / Capture Manager to lead and capture efforts within DoD, National Guard, and other Federal agencies, specifically targeting behavioral health, healthcare IT, medical research solutions, program management, and administrative competencies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive business development pipeline.
- Lead capture efforts to secure new business or re-compete contracts.
- Establish industry and client relationships for business growth. Meet with customers, clients, and teaming partners to gain insight on requirements, acquisition strategy, and customer challenges.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, SMEs, and leadership to facilitate winning strategies.
- Develop capture strategy, competitive assessments, teaming, and price-to-win.
- Develop marketing material and deliver presentations and briefs to customers.
Requirements:
- Must have strong background within DoD, National Guard, and other Federal agencies with an emphasis on medical research, behavioral heath, healthcare, and IT organizations.
- A proven track record to successfully capture business including sole source awards, competitive environments, and through GWACs / IDIQs.
- Experience developing teaming approaches including building teams and subcontracting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or related field.
- 8+ years successfully capturing business within the DoD / Federal markets.
