VA sources sought: Database Programming for San Francisco VA Medical Center

San Francisco VA Medical Center requires Database Programming Services which include conducting the following:

  • Database Data Mining
  • Survey design and data collection
  • Database design, analysis and management

Services will require familiarity and access to the VA databases Electronic Health Records (EHR). Contractor must have an understanding of VA IT protocol to access to the VA’s Data Access Request Tracking System (DART) and must have clear understanding of how to request National Data Systems (NDS) Health Information Access (HIA) by requesting data with real social security numbers (SSNs) through DART.
