This solicitation is to provide a wide range of software design and development support services following Agile development methodologies to support the Office of Extramural Research (OER) systems throughout the Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including, but not limited to: the NIH Research Portfolio Online Reporting Tools (RePORT); RePORTER; Query, View, Report (QVR) and Loan Repayment; and all 100+ modules that are part of the NIH’s enterprise Grant Management system: erA. The system is a web-enabled multi-tier environment running in a high-availability configuration across two data centers (VA and MD).
