Marcus Butler, whose prior experience includes planning, developing and implementing an enterprise–wide supply chain management system solution across VA, capturing a total asset management for VHA’s Supply Chain totaling over $4.5 Billion, has taken on a new role in which he will have responsibility to plan, develop and implement a new enterprise-wide system across the Agency.
