Dr. Helga Scharf-Bell, whose career has included a series of progressively responsible roles in support of the HHS Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response and NDMS, has taken on a new challenge as Acting Director for the National Disaster Medical System.

- Program Branch Chief – DHHS, NDMS
