The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, National Center for Health Statistics, Division of Vital Statistics, intends to increase the contract maximum value for special projects under the Vital Statistics Cooperation Program (VSCP) IDIQ contracts with the fifty states, the District of Columbia, New York City, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. These special projects involve various efforts for improvement to the systems responsible for the collection of information and data for the VSCP to assure the qualitative reliability and timely availability of data for the upcoming performance period.
