Joanna Bare, whose experience with NIH has included time as an Executive Officer with the Center for Scientific Review, as Deputy Director for the Division of Facilities Operations and Maintenance and as Chief of the Project Control Office, has taken on a new role as Director of Business Transformation with the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute.
