The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, VISN 15 Network Contracting Office (NCO 15), on behalf of Kansas City VAMC, plans to contract by means of other than full and open competition for the procurement to renew the current pharmacy MedMined interface system to enhance the communication clinical and operation communication, population management and alerting portal. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement.
