The Contractor shall provide Clearing House ePrescribing services and support for transmission of electronic prescription transactions, support and coordination between Health Product Support (HPS), pharmacies and the Clearing House for onboarding new pharmacies, troubleshooting transaction issues, monitoring software changes for certification compliance. The Contractor shall maintain current Interagency Security Agreement (ISA)/Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Clearing House and VA Data Access Services (DAS).
