“The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) has awarded Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract 36C77619D0002 to KT Consulting, Inc. for commercial services to facilitate the transformation from numerous, localized, non-standard call centers to a highly integrated, standardized, VISN-level, full range clinical call contact centers supporting executive-level analysis, course of action development and recommendations based on established knowledge derived from previous telephone access-related contract support efforts (MVAT, IVAT, AVAT, AVAT-Clinical Contact Center Study). The period of performance is 12 months from the date of award with two (2) 12-month option periods. The IDIQ contract maximum for the base and all option years is $5,000,000.00.”
