Tyler Luke, whose prior experience includes serving as a Portfolio Manager overseeing the contractor-led PMO of five critical Health IT projects – one of which was the Enterprise Health Management Platform (eHMP) valued at over $200M, has taken on a new role as Senior Program Manager with Insignia Technology.
