HHS OIG issues sources sought for IT Operations Engineering and Services

The purpose of the Sought Source is to procure best in class Service Desk, End User Services, Operations Engineering, Infrastructure Architecture, and Technical Program Management for delivering the information technology services of the HHS OIG. In particular, for the size, topology, and investigative mission requirement of HHS OIG there are scalable, cost-effective, and responsive methods of managing IT work. The best repository of expertise for these results-oriented, work management procedures are industry service vendors who have a history of various approaches to their client base. In particular, HHS OIG is seeking a service model, likely shared service model, by which the Offerer has maximum flexibility to staff and address “work bundles” (e.g. tickets, Kanban cards) and achieves industry class solution coverage, effectiveness, cost efficiency, and agility.
