DHA names new Deputy Chief for Medical Logistics Division

Perry Cooper, a healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience in the Military Health System who conceived, implemented and managed innovative programs that streamlined processes, improved patient care, supported global expeditionary operations and saved millions of dollars for the Department of Defense, has taken on a new role as Deputy Chief for DHA’s Medical Logistics Division.

Prior roles include:

  • Director, Medical Logistics Programs – CACI
  • Deputy Command Surgeon, Air Mobility Command – USAF
  • Director, Air Force Medical Service Corps – USAF
