Key Role:
Act as a senior business leader responsible for managing programs and projects throughout the system delivery life cycle in the health market. Provide senior oversight and direction on technical management, service delivery, and overall contract performance. Maintain responsibility for driving proposal and business development activities. Oversee and apply advanced comprehension of principles of information technology and data management to the advancement of life sciences research, advanced analytics, and digital healthcare solutions to address client business and operational needs. Leverage expertise in systems engineering, architecture design, software development and implementation to help architect and lead development of technical solutions for federal health clients.
Basic Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience with managing the development of integrated hardware and software systems in a federal government or commercial entity, including a successful track record for designing, developing, and supporting business applications
- 5 years of experience with managing projects using various SDLC models, including Scrum, SAFe, CMMI, Agile, and spiral development
- Experience with leading large scale technical engagements at VA a plus
- Experience in a professional services business preferred
