James LaPaglia, whose experience includes more than 28 years at a variety of federal government field and headquarters organizations at worldwide locations, including his prior role with VA supporting the Office of the Secretary, has taken on a new challenge as Salesforce Platform Manager for the Office of Information and Technology.
