VA is seeking a contractor to support the MyVA Integrated Plan, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) with Contact Center support services.
The Contractor shall provide tiered support for the OSDBU Small Business Customer Service Center operation to include oversight, staff, training, work space, equipment, supplies, software, automated response, and call distributor solutions, including all computers, phones, and telephone related lines and cables.
