The Contractor shall provide project management, requirements planning and management, requirement analysis, design, development, test, operational maintenance and support to include implementation of upgrades and enhancements to the PNCS, CAPRI, and DBQ Push Utility. This shall include integration of PNCS and CAPRI applications to Delphi version XE10 (ie Seattle 10) or to the most current version on Technical Reference Model (TRM) approved version and the PNCS Database migration from Borland to dbExpress or another TRM approved DB engine tool.
