The purpose of this amendment is to inform vendors that Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is looking to re-define the Managed Contact Center Infrastructure Services requirement. At this time no solicitation is available. When and or if a decision to resume acquisition planning activities occurs, industry will be notified via FBO.
