The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Office of Acquisitions Management and Policy (OAMP) is planning to issue a solicitation to establish a contracting vehicle in support of HRSA’s Bureaus and Offices evaluation related activities.
The purpose of this procurement is to provide a contracting mechanism to facilitate the production of focused, high-priority, activities in support of various Bureaus and Offices within the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). These activities may include evaluation studies, evaluation and information syntheses, policy and environmental assessments, development, implementation, analyzing the implementation of best practices as a result of a quality improvement project, and assessment of evaluation capacity building activities, and the development and implementation of performance measurement tools and data systems.
