Serve as a government acquisition subject matter expert (SME) join the Department of Veterans Affairs, Electronic Health Records Modernization (EHRM) Program. Maintain responsibility for creating statements of work, white papers, lists of assumptions, cost models, and informational briefings related to acquisitions for the EHRM program. Collaborate with Cerner, the VA Technical Advisory Committee (TAC), and EHRM Program Leadership to guide task order development and ensure timelines are met through the delivery of tangible work products. Leverage critical thinking skills to assist with government led analysis and alternative acquisition strategies. Define returns on investment (ROIs), including conducting market research, and planning activities ranging from tactical to strategic. Track and shepherd acquisitions through the EHRM acquisition process.
