AHRQ is seeking a Contractor to provide a Data File Development Report that contains detailed documentation of all data files and work performed related to data editing and analysis. This task shall include cataloguing data files and software, complete with descriptions of their contents and histories, and maintain a back-up system for all data base files. The Contractor shall use a software configuration management tool and data base and file documentation library, approved by AHRQ.
The Contractor shall create a draft and final (upon COR approval) annual Project Management Plan with delivery 30 and 60 days, respectively, after the effective date of the contract or option exercise. The Project Management Plan shall detail the deliverables and delivery dates as stated in the contract along with other contract activities and milestones. The Project Management Plan shall be updated annually.
