VA issues sources sought for self-service kiosks

VHA has a need to replenish its depleted hardware inventory of self-service kiosk to meet new hardware kiosk requirements from sites (e.g. opening new Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) and/or new clinic spaces).

The Contractor shall provide, install and deploy VKiosk model commercial grade, self-service kiosks manufactured by Vecna Technologies, Inc, at the following three VA locations:

  • Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks – Joplin CBOC  3015 S. Connecticut Ave Joplin, MO 64801
  • Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks – Springfield CBOC  1850 West Republic Street Springfield, MO 65897
  • VA St. Louis Health Care System Jefferson Barracks VAMC 1 Jefferson Barracks Dr. St. Louis, MO 63106

The hardware shall be forty (40) commercial grade VKiosk model self-service kiosk with appropriate peripherals devices and accessories that are powered by Vecna’ s VetLink proprietary software…
