NIH RFP: Office of Extramural Research Scientific and Program Support Services

The scope of the contract is to provide scientific and program support services to the OER organization to include professional, scientific, analytical, consultative, and subject matter expertise. The Contractor shall assist the OER by providing experienced staff with extensive pertinent experience in serving the NIH mission, and provide direct support towards that mission. The purpose of the resultant contract is to provide a variety of program support and expertise to assist OER in successfully completing its mission.

The services include providing assistance to the organization in performing functional tasks and meeting requirements and demands of the organization. These services may be relied upon on an on-going and as needed basis by providing a wide range of program support services at various levels.

The Contractor shall independently provide scientific and program support services in the form of professional, scientific, analytical, consultative, and subject matter expertise to assist OER in carrying out its various functions outlined in this PWS.

Scientific and program support services include scientific information analysis, scientific text analysis, scientific data analysis, program operations, executive administration, and financial analysis and reporting.
