The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) intends to make a sole source award to Brittingham Software Design, Inc for WHP Web Portal to support Program Support Center – Federal Occupational Health (FOH). The Contractors must demonstrate experience in maintenance and support of secure internet online data systems, website management, and website interface design. The web-based system that is provided must be reliably available as a secure web based application that is accessible through the internet via a personal computer in an environment capable of receiving an Authorization to Operate (ATO) on behalf of HHS.
