The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to complete a sole source award for a 12-month base and four (4) annual option years to obtain the resources and services necessary to support the WaveMark inventory management system within VISN 1. The Contractor shall provide WaveMark inventory management system Operations and Maintenance (O&M) solutions including hardware maintenance, software maintenance, database administration to support the VISN 1 facilities. WaveMark, A Cardinal Health Company is the only company that owns and operates rights for the components of the WaveMark System and holds patents for such. Since the intent is to procure these services on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to FedBizOps (FBO).
